Welcome to Rippr. By downloading, installing, or using the Rippr application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Rippr is a trading card scanning, grading, and portfolio management application. The App allows users to identify trading cards using their device camera, receive AI-powered condition assessments, view market pricing data, and manage a digital card collection.

2. Account Registration

To use Rippr, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or phone number authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Rippr offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. Digital Grading Service

Rippr's proprietary digital grading service accurately detects card condition by measuring centering and detecting surface defects, edge wear, corner fraying, and more. Each area receives a sub-grade score contributing to an overall "RPR" grade, comparable to professional grading services like PSA, BGS, and CGC. The RPR grade is generated digitally and Rippr is not a professional grading company.

5. Pricing Data Disclaimer

Market pricing data displayed in Rippr is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for informational purposes only. Prices may not reflect actual sale prices and can fluctuate rapidly. Rippr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data. You should independently verify prices before making buying or selling decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent scan limits or other restrictions
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App through automated means
• Misrepresent card conditions or information in any marketplace features

7. Intellectual Property

The Rippr app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Rippr and protected by intellectual property laws. Trading card images, names, and related content are the property of their respective owners (e.g., The Pokémon Company, Bandai). Rippr's use of this content is for identification and reference purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rippr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Rippr at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App. Your continued use of Rippr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
