Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or phone number).

Card Data: When you scan trading cards, our app processes camera images to identify cards. Card images may be sent to our servers for digital grading analysis. Scanned card details (name, set, condition, value) are stored in your portfolio.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including scan history, portfolio activity, and feature usage, to improve our services.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Rippr service, including card scanning, digital grading, and portfolio tracking
• To authenticate your account and secure your data
• To fetch real-time pricing data for cards in your portfolio
• To send you notifications you've opted into (e.g., price alerts)

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate, including cloud hosting, authentication, and payment processing providers. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Portfolio data and account information are stored in our cloud database. Card images used for grading are processed and may be retained temporarily for quality improvement, then deleted.

Payment Information: Rippr does not directly store, process, or have access to your payment card information. All payment processing is handled securely through Apple's App Store and encrypted third-party payment processors that comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or billing details on our servers.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access & Export: You can view all your portfolio data within the app at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@rippr.app or through the app settings.
• Notifications: You can control notification preferences in the app settings.
• Camera Access: Camera access is only used when you actively scan cards. You can revoke camera permission in your device settings at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Rippr is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

7. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with third-party services including:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Authentication and identity providers
• Third-party marketplaces (pricing data)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Subscription management providers
