Everything you need to get the most out of Rippr
Tap the scan button in the center of the tab bar. Point your camera at a trading card and hold steady. Rippr will automatically detect and identify the card, showing you its name, set, and current market value.
Rippr supports Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Digimon, Dragon Ball Super, and Disney Lorcana. Each supported game includes full card databases with pricing data, and more games are being added regularly.
Rippr uses a proprietary digital grading system that accurately detects the card's condition. It measures centering and detects surface defects, edge wear, corner fraying, and more. Each area receives a sub-grade score, which contributes to the overall "RPR" grade — comparable to professional grading services like PSA, BGS, and CGC.
Market prices are sourced from multiple marketplaces and databases, providing real-time pricing data for accuracy. Prices shown reflect recent market data for the specific card, set, and condition. Always verify prices independently before making purchase or sale decisions.
There are two ways: scan a card and tap "Add to Portfolio", or go to the Portfolio tab and use the search function to find and add cards manually. You can track purchase price, condition, and quantity for each card.
Free accounts include 25 scans per month. Upgrading to Rippr Pro gives you virtually unlimited scans along with additional features like advanced digital grading and priority support.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, modify, or cancel your Rippr subscription. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can request account deletion by emailing support@rippr.app or through the app's Profile > Settings. Account deletion removes all your data including portfolio, scan history, and personal information.
