[CONT] Experience If all of the cards in your level have "Administrator" or "Quinella" in their card names, this card gets the following ability. "[AUTO] When your card or your opponent's card in the clock is put into the waiting room due to respective card effects, that player may put the top 2 cards from stock into the waiting room. Otherwise, that player puts the top card of the deck into the clock."
